July 1st 2004 I became Tutor Organiser for devon for the Workers' Educational Association.

On August 12th 2001 I retired.


Since 1983 I have been Museum Education Officer for Devon County Council, based at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter.

1981: Creator of Bideford Community Archive, Community Programme Scheme

1997-1999: National committee member of the Group for Education in Museums:

Officer (Membership Secretary) 1998-99

Organiser of 50th anniversary events 1998

Responsible for creation of GEM Archive 1997&endash;98

Organiser of GEM national conference 1990

Organiser of regular regional seminars 1985&endash;90

Member of Heritage Education in Devon
